Graduate Researcher
Education/Training/Degree
BS Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology
I am a graduate student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UW-Madison Madison and work as a Research Assistant in the Laboratory for Optical and Computational Instrumentation (LOCI) under Director Kevin Eliceiri.

I work on analysis and software tool development for fluorescence-lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) to understand metabolism and the cell micro-environment, as well as the ImageJ plugin for analyzing FLIM data - SLIM Curve. Additionally, I'll be adding features to WiscScan, the primary software for microscope control and data acquisition.

Before LOCI, I worked as a Software Engineer at Samsung. I worked on Image codec algorithm development, optimization and hardware implementation, as well as algorithm development for motion detection.
