I mainly work on image analysis and modeling as well as software development for several projects, such as collagen alignment analysis for breast cancer research, Monte Carlo simulation for optogenetics application, development of CT-FIRE, CurveAlign, and OptogenSIM, and will be involved more in optical instrumentation projects, such as two photon and second harmonic microscopy projects.


Interests:

➢        Biomedical Optics and Medical Imaging, such as Optical Coherence Tomography, Multiphoton and Second Harmonic Generation Microscopy

➢        Biomedical Image Processing for e.g. Collagen Alignment Analysis

➢        Monte Carlo Simulation of Light Transport in Biological Tissue
