Fiji plugins

Overview

The LOCI Fiji plugins are a collection of plugins, macros and scripts for Fiji, available from our Fiji update site:

http://dev.loci.wisc.edu/fiji/

For convenience, here are the instructions in detail:

  1. Download and install Fiji, if you haven't done so.
  2. Choose Help > Update Fiji from the menu.
  3. Perform any needed updates. Restart Fiji, then run Update Fiji again. Repeat until "Your Fiji is up to date!"
  4. Click Advanced Mode.
  5. Click Manage Update Sites.
  6. Click Add.
  7. For Name, specify: LOCI
  8. For URL, specify: http://dev.loci.wisc.edu/fiji/
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click Close.
  11. You will see new items (e.g., "plugins/LOCI/misc_plugins...") with status "Install it"
  12. Click Apply Changes.
  13. When prompted, restart Fiji.
  14. The plugins will now be available via the menus (e.g., "Spectral Lifetime Analysis" in the Analyze > Lifetime menu).

In the future, to update to a new version, just run "Update Fiji" and it will update it for you.
