Position title: Postdoctoral Fellow
Education & Training: B.S. in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from University of Central Florida, PhD in Cell Biology & Physiology from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill
I am a post-doctoral fellow in the labs of Mary Halloran and Kevin Eliceiri, where I use high-speed confocal and light sheet microscopy to understand how kinesin-1 contributes to neurodevelopment in zebrafish, from the single-cell level to circuit formation and function. I am also interested in new ways to automate analysis of neuronal growth and dynamics to be compatible for higher-throughput screening in zebrafish.
